Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Bridal wear and custom-stitched items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges if the product is available.
